Democrats Vow to Protect Boehner

John Boehner has been such a good and trusted lackey that Democrats in Congress are vowing to protect him should the Republicans move to choose a new speaker. People keep saying things like this mean we should look at going to a third party — which is getting the cart before the horse.  Before we could get a third party we would first have to get a second one.
